Group:               4 characters maximum. If wild carded, multiple rides can have the same attributes.   

Rides:               Rides within group. Only valid in group is wild carded e.g. YR* 1;2;3 -> YR1, YR" and YR3

Sign up required:    Riders must sign up for the ride. 

Coffee stop:         Ride has a morning stop.                              

Closed group:        Only members can view and sign up for the ride. (not valid if group is wild carded)

​Use named leaders:   Only riders flagged as a sponsor can lead/navigate.

Sponsor will lead:   Sponsor will be shown as the leader.  

Sponsor can create:  Sponsor can create rides. They will have to be approved by an administrator.

Priorities regulars: Regulars riders will be able to sign up a day early.

Ask for leaders      During sign up, riders will be asked to lead/navigate.

Ask if regular:      Regulars will have a guarantee of a place. If not flagged as a regular the web site will ask.

Prioritise eaters    Anyone not eating at the venue will be put on the waiting list.

Allow notes:         Allow riders to add a note to the leader at sign up time, e.g. 'Will join on route'

Sizes: Min           Minimum group size. If fewer riders sign up the venue booking will be cancelled.

       Pause         Sign ups will be pause until someone offers to navigate.

       Sub Group     Each sub group must have someone who has offered to navigate.

       Maximum       Maximum group size.
